Unusual Sighting Over RAF Lakenheath, England

While at the US airbase RAF Lakenheath with around a dozen other spectators, I noticed a couple of unusual lights in the sky. At the same time, F-15s and F-35s appeared to be pursuing an object that emitted two solid white lights and one red. There was also some local police activity on the roads surrounding the base.
However, it wasn’t until I reviewed the footage later that I spotted something quite peculiar—a series of blinking lights hovering directly above the base. Interestingly, this sighting coincided with the offline status of the base’s automatic weather station.
