Red Drone Encounter
I was in that hazy state between sleep and wakefulness when I suddenly heard a loud, buzzing noise—it was quite a strange sound. I tried to brush it off, hoping it was just an airplane or helicopter. I’m all for seeing UAPs during the day, but at midnight while I’m trying to sleep? No thanks! So I decided to ignore it.
Eventually, I got up to check outside, and that’s when I spotted a red light in the sky. “It’s just a plane,” I thought to myself. But just as I was reassured by that thought, the light seemed to drop suddenly, losing half of its altitude before hovering completely still. At that point, I got out of there fast! By the time I worked up the courage to check again, it had disappeared.
Maybe I was just hallucinating since I was half asleep? I checked the flight radar, and there were no planes within five miles of my location. It sounded like whatever it was was right above my house. I had a knife nearby, but I knew it wouldn’t help much. Hopefully, whatever it was left when it saw how terrified I was. And no, I didn’t record any video—I was convinced I was about to get abducted!
That sounds like a terrifying experience! It’s totally understandable to feel freaked out in that situation. Seeing something unexpected like that, especially at night, can really get your adrenaline pumping. It’s interesting that flight radar didn’t show any aircraft in the area—maybe it really was something unusual. I don’t blame you for prioritizing your safety in the moment! Have you considered maybe talking to others in your area to see if they saw anything similar? Sometimes it helps to share experiences with others who might have had similar sightings.
