ET “Party Monsters”: Extended Interactive Encounter in the Queen Valley

This comprehensive report draws on my detailed field notes from a CE-5 encounter in Joshua Tree on November 11, 1993, where a colleague from our medical center and I engaged with two UFOs for over an hour and a half. A version of this account was published in my chapter for the 2012 anthology “Paths to Contact: True Stories from the Contact Underground,” edited by Jeff Becker. I’ve reconstructed conversations with my co-worker “Misha” from my notes to lend the narrative a sense of immediacy. This is not a work of fiction.

Between 1993 and 1997, I conducted fieldwork with “Misha.” Through my experiences with him and Dr. Greer, I developed the concept of the “Prime Contactee.” These are individuals who exhibit some of the following traits:
1. Frequent encounters with UFO intelligences, typically beginning in childhood or adolescence.
2. Early development of meditation skills, often without encouragement from adults.
3. Strong psychic abilities, which enhance their capacity for contact and communication with UAP intelligences.
4. A unique ability to act as a human UFO magnet, capable of inviting UFO sightings in the presence of others who can corroborate their special connection to non-human intelligences related to UFOs.

Most of the Prime Contactees I encountered during my investigations were men, with perhaps one exception: a UK-based volunteer contact worker named “Tracy Travis,” with whom I conducted fieldwork in the summer of 1997. A link to that report is included below.

Introduction

In late October 1993, I organized a team of UFO investigators for a trip to the high desert. Despite many phone calls, I could only secure the commitment of two other investigators. After 16 months as a Working Group Coordinator for CSETI’s CE-5 Initiative, my original team was showing signs of fatigue. We had completed nearly two dozen research outings, documenting numerous occurrences of anomalous nocturnal lights and, on rare occasions, having sightings of structured craft that were undeniable UFOs.

  1. This account of your encounter in Joshua Tree is both fascinating and thought-provoking. It’s intriguing to hear about the concept of a “Prime Contactee” and how certain individuals seem to attract UFO encounters. Your experiences with Misha and the detailed fieldwork you conducted throughout the 90s add a rich layer of credibility to your narrative.

The characteristics you’ve outlined for Prime Contactees certainly raise interesting questions about the intersection of consciousness, intention, and the phenomenon of UFOs. It would be interesting to consider what factors contribute to these abilities and if similar experiences have been documented in others outside your research group.

I appreciate the invitation to explore the full report for a deeper understanding of your experiences. It certainly seems like an extraordinary journey you’ve undertaken. Thank you for sharing your insights with the community!
