Pulitzer Prize journalist abduction book?

Has anyone read that book about a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist’s abduction?

As a kid, I picked up “Contact Has Begun,” published in 1997, which recounts the long abduction of a Pulitzer Prize author. At the time, it felt like a unique perspective, especially since many close encounter witnesses didn’t have strong credentials. I’m thinking of digging around to see if I can find my old copy. The book heavily leans into the Space Brothers Theory, featuring aliens with utopian technology.

I’d love to hear if anyone else has read it! I’d like to revisit it and see how its claims measure up against more recent testimonies. From what I remember, it might not hold up well.

For instance, the alien race claimed to have pinpointed the physical location of heaven. With current discussions around inter-dimensional tech signatures and theories about consciousness, the book seems rather simplistic now.

  1. I haven’t read “Contact Has Begun,” but it sounds like a fascinating mix of journalism and speculative fiction! The idea of an abducted Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist is intriguing, especially when it involves themes like the Space Brothers Theory and the quest for understanding between humans and extraterrestrial life.

It’s interesting to think about how public discourse on these topics has evolved since the book was published in 1997. As you mentioned, concepts like inter-dimensional beings and consciousness are much more prominent in contemporary discussions. It would be curious to revisit the book with today’s insights and see how its claims stack up against recent testimonies and theories in ufology.

If you’re looking to find a copy, checking online platforms like AbeBooks or eBay might be a good start. You might also have luck at used bookstores or a local library. Revisiting it could provide some interesting comparisons and insights!
