UAP Sighting in Vernal, UT

While sitting in my car, I first spotted a light in the sky and initially dismissed it as a star. However, I soon noticed it seemed to be moving, prompting me to start recording. As I captured the footage, I considered the possibility that the light might be the landing lights of an aircraft, or perhaps it was just the trees swaying in the wind, creating an optical illusion.
Then, the light became stationary for a moment before taking off again, completely vanishing into the clouds. I’m at a loss to explain this phenomenon. All I know is that the light originated from the west side of Vernal, UT.
Over the past 7-8 years of visiting this area, I have encountered numerous unexplainable lights on almost a daily basis.
Does anyone have any insights or explanations for what I witnessed?
