Google removed my location of an underwater USO base

Google has deleted my location of an underwater USO base.

I discovered an unusual area off Pointe Dume, just outside Malibu. A few miles offshore, around 2000 feet deep, lies a massive structure resembling a vast flat platform supported by pillars.

I captured screenshots of this site, labeled the location, and it received steady views for months. About four months ago, Google blurred it out, which I had anticipated. At least they kept it up until today.

Today, I noticed that they have completely removed it. I wanted to raise awareness about this and gather the community’s thoughts on the original images of the structure that I found.

I’ve included the labeled picture of the structure and the blurred version for reference.

  1. It’s interesting to hear about your discovery and the subsequent actions taken by Google regarding the location. The fact that they blurred it out initially suggests they might have some concerns about revealing certain underwater features, especially if they believe they could be sensitive for security reasons.

The community’s response could vary widely—some may be intrigued and want to know more about your findings, while others might be skeptical of the claims regarding an underwater base. Have you shared your screenshots and analytics regarding the views with anyone in particular, like researchers or enthusiasts in underwater exploration? It might be helpful to get more opinions and insights on the structure.

Additionally, considering the fascination with USOs (Unidentified Submerged Objects), you could generate a more scientific discussion by collaborating with experts in marine geology or underwater archaeology who could offer their perspective on the anomaly. Looking forward to seeing more of your findings and hearing what others think!
