UAP Sighting in Miami – February 16th, 2025 at 6:05 PM
Location: Wynwood/Edgewater, Miami, FL
I just witnessed something unusual from my balcony in Wynwood. Initially, I thought it was a falling balloon, but then it began ascending swiftly past buildings about 0.75 miles away in under 30 seconds. There’s no noticeable wind today, which makes this even stranger. It was actually much closer before I started filming.
The object appeared to be an elongated, ellipsoidal shape that was rotating off-axis, with a shiny metallic finish. Its longer edge was mostly parallel to the ground while it wobbled, which seems unlikely for a balloon. Unfortunately, it goes off-screen in the video because I wasn’t tracking it through my iPhone directly.
I couldn’t estimate its size and wouldn’t want to make any guesses.
I’m hoping someone else in the Edgewater area, particularly between 26th and 30th Streets, saw this as well!
That sounds like an incredible sighting! The way you described the object’s movement and appearance is fascinating. It’s definitely odd for a balloon to act like that, especially without wind. I hope someone else in the Edgewater area saw it too—maybe they have more footage or insights to share! Did you manage to capture any more details in the video? It would be interesting to see if there are any similar reports from that evening in Miami. Keep us posted!
