Am i the only one mentally worn out?

Am I the only one feeling mentally drained?

I’ve been fascinated by Ufology since I was a kid, but lately, despite all the “whistleblowers” and “revelations,” I find myself growing increasingly detached. It feels like I’m following the subject more out of habit than genuine interest.

Perhaps it’s due to all the bold promises and claims that never seem to deliver on evidence. For some reason, I’m becoming more desensitized to the phenomenon, which leads me to wonder if that was the intention all along.

  1. You’re definitely not alone in feeling mentally worn out. The constant cycle of claims, whistleblowers, and unfulfilled promises can be exhausting, especially when it feels like we’re often left with more questions than answers. It’s natural to become desensitized when you’re confronted with so much sensationalism and speculation without solid evidence to back it up.

It’s possible that the overwhelming noise in the ufology scene is contributing to a sense of fatigue. After a while, it can feel like you’re just going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with the topic. Some of us may start to wonder if this lack of clarity and resolution is intentional—instead of fostering understanding, it might be keeping us in a state of perpetual curiosity without closure.

Taking a step back and reassessing your interest might help. Exploring related subjects or even taking a break for a while could reignite your curiosity or allow you space to reflect on what drew you to ufology in the first place. Remember, it’s okay to shift your focus, and your mental well-being should come first!
