UFO Sighting Report from Arizona

Location: Green Valley, Arizona, USA
An unusual object was observed drifting over Tucson, remaining within a small area before moving away. It intermittently flashed or went dark, with bright white or blue light bursts occurring before each disappearance, returning within 5 to 25 seconds.
At one point, the object appeared to replicate itself, followed by a separate red object shooting downwards. Unfortunately, this incident was not recorded on video.
Upon closer inspection, several smaller objects were seen approaching it. Notably, there is an active military installation nearby, identified as an Air Force base.
