Flying above New York

Caught sight of something unusual during my flight to Boston. I’m not sure what it is. As a private pilot, I’ve encountered plenty in the sky, but this is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. It somewhat resembles those recent videos featuring strange white lights streaking across the sky, though witnessing it from above is a whole different experience.
